The Key to Maintaining of Stone Production Line
In the stone production line, screen is one of screening machines’ parts, and its quality and performance will determine directly screening machines’ performance. When users are operating in stone production line, they must ensure machines’ correct operation and daily maintenance to improve the producing performance of production line. Before staring the production line, they should observe holes and check weather there is ore bed in vortex crushing cavity. If there isn’t, they should put materials into the vortex crushing cavity. The materials’ granularity shall not be bigger than 25mm until the materials flow by itself, after that, it’ll form an ore bed.
Then timely check the direction of impeller’s selection fitting. Firstly, observe it carefully from feed port, and the impeller should keep rotating along the direction of counterclockwise. If it rotates along the opposite direction, they should adjust the motor’s connecting line timely. When users start the equipment, they should operate the equipment correctly according to stone production line’s instructions. Equipment must be started on the condition of no-load. So they can’t feed materials until crusher can run regularly. When feeding, users must do it strictly according to the feeding standard. Ban or forbid feeding more than specified materials into crusher. Or, it’ll make the impellers or other easily damaged parts of the equipment unbalance, and also seriously damage the impellers . Even it’ll make impellers’ flow pass and center feed tube blocked, and influence equipment’s normal running. When finding too big materials in the equipment, it is important to exclude them timely.
